Free Community Plugins

SpigotMC Releases (RayzWardrobe, RayzLivelyWorld)

Free Community License

Our public SpigotMC plugins are provided free of charge to help server owners enhance player expression and environmental immersion without licensing paywalls.

Binding License Provisions

Permitted for deployment on personal, public, and commercial Minecraft servers (monetized in compliance with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines) with zero license fees.
May be included in pre-configured server packs ONLY IF OneStudio is clearly credited as the original author and a direct link to the official SpigotMC resource listing is provided.
Selling, paywalling, or redistributing unmodified or modified binary JARs while claiming original authorship is strictly prohibited.
Provided 'as-is' without guaranteed custom feature development; voluntary support is accepted via Ko-fi to sustain community compatibility patches.

Commercial Marketplace Products

BuiltByBit Releases (ChunkLock, RayzShards, StealAMob)

Commercial Network License

Commercial plugins purchased through verified digital marketplaces like BuiltByBit grant perpetual operating rights for the purchasing server network or operator.

Binding License Provisions

Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license (subject to full payment) to run the compiled plugin JAR across all backend server nodes belonging to a single server network owned and operated by the registered buyer.
Includes access to published maintenance updates, bug fixes, and verified buyer support channels on the OneStudio Discord server.
Prohibitions: You may not resell, sublicense, share, leak, upload to nulled/pirate forums, or distribute the plugin binary or configurations to third parties. Decompilation or reverse engineering is prohibited except to the limited extent expressly permitted by mandatory law for interoperability.
All copyright, title, and intellectual property rights in the underlying codebase, algorithms, and product branding remain the exclusive property of OneStudio.

Commissioned Engineering & Design

Bespoke Plugins, Websites, UI/UX Systems & Server Architectures

Negotiated Client IP Transfer or License

When you commission custom development or design work from OneStudio under a Custom Development Agreement (/service-agreement), intellectual property rights are structured cleanly to protect both your proprietary asset and our reusable engineering toolkit.

Binding License Provisions

Bespoke Deliverables (Foreground IP): Unless a lower-cost non-exclusive license is elected in your Statement of Work, upon receipt of full and final payment, OneStudio assigns to you worldwide, perpetual proprietary rights in the custom code, UI designs, and documentation created specifically for your project (expressly waiving the 1-year lapse rule under Section 19(4) and default 5-year/territorial limits under Sections 19(5)–(6) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957).
Reusable Studio Toolkit (Background IP Carve-Out): OneStudio retains ownership of its pre-existing code libraries, utility classes, database wrappers, and build configurations ('Background IP'), granting you an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and compile that Background IP within your project.
Source Code & Repository Delivery: Where source code delivery is included in your Statement of Work, you receive a clean Git repository with build instructions (Gradle/Maven/npm) upon final invoice settlement.
Client-Supplied Assets: You retain 100% ownership of all logos, domain names, server maps, custom textures, and copy you provide to OneStudio during the project.

OneStudio (Ishan) is an independent third-party software engineering studio and is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Mojang Synergies AB or Microsoft Corporation. All Minecraft-related software and server tools developed by OneStudio are designed to operate within Mojang's published Minecraft Usage Guidelines and Commercial Usage Guidelines.

No Control Over External Platforms: OneStudio does not own, operate, or control PaperMC, SpigotMC, Bukkit, Velocity, Purpur, BuiltByBit, Discord Inc., Vercel, or Netlify. While we stand fully behind our own code representations and contractual warranties (as set out in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy), we cannot control policy changes, API deprecations, or service outages initiated by those independent third-party organizations.

Upstream Open-Source Compliance (GPL / LGPL / MIT)

OneStudio respects the open-source licenses governing the Minecraft server and web ecosystems. Our Minecraft plugins compile against public PaperMC, Velocity, and Bukkit API interfaces and dynamically link at runtime without redistributing proprietary Mojang server internals. Where a commissioned project incorporates third-party open-source libraries (such as GNU GPLv3, LGPLv3, Apache 2.0, or MIT components), those third-party components remain governed by their respective upstream open-source licenses, and OneStudio makes no claim of proprietary copyright ownership over them.
